We care passionately about the visitor experience encountered by each and every guest and aim to ensure that our team matches the quality on offer. We provide a proactive, friendly and professional welcome to around 400,000 visitors each year.

 

The Role

As a member of the award winning Mary Rose team, you will act as an ambassador by sharing the enthusiasm and passion we represent. We are looking for people who consistently display high standards of customer service, care and communication. We expect you to be warm, welcoming and approachable to our visitors.   

 

We are looking to recruit a number of Front of House Team Members in flexible and seasonal posts to help us deliver outstanding service to all our visitors. We have a wide range of opportunities in a variety of different roles, including visitor welcome and ticketing, museum gallery, events, tours, retail and learning.

 

The Mary Rose is open seven days a week both during the day and evening and we would be asking our team members to be flexible in their working approach. We would be looking for those successful candidates to be in post from March 2018.
