The Hampshire Police Male Voice Choir in Concert at The Mary Rose

The Hampshire Police Male Voice Choir will be performing at the Mary Rose Museum on Saturday 4th October.

The concert features a selection of musical arrangements based around the Mary Rose, the Tudor period and all things nautical. Many of the arrangements have never been performed before by the choir, who have taken great delight arranging them for the Mary Rose Museum.

The Hampshire Police Male Voice Choir is one of the leading male voice choirs from the South of England and is a most accomplished & well known choir producing entertaining music. Noted for their magnificent sound, the choir is received with enthusiastic and warm appreciation by the many audiences, large and small, to whom they sings each year. Their concerts raise considerable sums of money for charities as well as giving great pleasure to audiences.

Becky Ashton, who is organising this event for the Mary Rose Museum, said “We’ve wanted to work with the Hampshire Police Male Voice Choir for years, so we’re delighted to have them performing something unique in our museum.”

Tickets cost £15, and are available from the Mary Rose Museum, or online at maryrose.org/policechoirtickets
