Guided Practical Activities
Investigate the sinking of King Henry VIII’s favourite ship in an activity based on contemporary sources—vote for your top theory!
Handle and discuss replica mystery objects to discover life on board ship for rich and poor.
See thousands of real Tudor artefacts alongside the Mary Rose in state-of-the art museum displays. Projections of the crew at work in peace and war bring the ship to life.
Use our iPads in the museum to explore key themes, such as medicine, warfare and leisure, for yourself through photography (or bring your own technology!)
Enjoy fun activities in the museum with dressing up and interactive games. You can even handle a few real objects from 1545!
